A qui profite le projet de liaison ferroviaire Budapest – Belgrade ?

Les détails du projet montrent clairement que la Chine est la véritable gagnante.   Paru le 4 janvier 2018 D’après les officiels hongrois et chinois, une étape de la stratégie chinoise One Belt, One Road (OBOR ou BRI), un projet de ligne ferroviaire de 366 km, pourrait bientôt débuter pour relier la capitale serbe de Belgrade à la capitale hongroise de Budapest.
