Action de résistance actée par France Tibet : Marcelle Roux et UT Noubpa* 

But de l’action : Affirmer et acter fermement  l’identité tibétaine à l’intérieur comme devant le musée Guimet par la non-violence avec méditation à la tibétaine devant les divinités courroucées protectrices du dharma, du Tibet, du peuple tibétain, des Dalai-Lamas et du Potala (comme la Glorieuse Déesse Pālden Lhamo, (Shridévi nommée aussi Rémati ) et le poing blanc dressé de Lhakar aux exactions de la politique du parti communiste chinois (PCC) qui a lancé une véritable guerre contre l‘identité tibétaine et aussi le poing blanc dressé de Lhakar à la sinisation du musée Guimet qui fait vraiment en 2024 « office de propagande » pour le régime dictatorial chinois et aussi ce poing dressé blanc de Lhakar à la complaisance, pour ne pas dire complice ou soumission de l‘exécutif français au dictateur Xi Jinping chef du Parti Communiste Chinois(PCC)  : Par arrêté ministériel la ministre de la culture a nommé les membres du conseil d’administration le 15 mai 2023 qui œuvrent toutes et tous pour l‘intérêt de la Chine !

Quelques remarques sur ces nominés de la ministre : 

• Jean-Pierre Raffarin, est même membre du Front Uni de Chine (étonnant pour un européen qui collabore régulièrement avec le « Front uni » chinois (stratégie du soft power du Parti communiste chinois consistant à coopter des alliés pour diffuser sa vision du monde et servir ses intérêts) et on connaît ses discours depuis des années d’opter de façon vive la politique chinoise de « la route de soie » pour la France et pour l‘Europe!
• M. Henri Giscard d’Estaing, Président du Club Med? Le Club Med est acheté par Fosun International (Chine) et Andrew Wu, un vétéran du plus grand conglomérat de Chine continentale Fosun International , dont le siège social est à Shanghai, est le véritable patron du Club Med!
• Mme Bénédicte Alliot déclarait il y a 5ans, au China Daily le26/04/2019 « Cette année marque le 55ème anniversaire de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre la Chine et la France. Alors que l’influence de l’art chinois continue de grandir, la France cherche à renforcer la communication culturelle avec la Chine »
• Mme Aline Sylla Walbaum qui a fait partie du programme « Young Leaders » de la France China Foundation et est une des dirigeante de  Chistie’s qui est la première maison de ventes aux enchères internationale à opérer de façon indépendante en Chine ( Shanghai) pour pouvoir y prospérer certaines allégeances au régime de Pékin sont de rigueur. Récemment Christie’s a ouvert un nouveau siège dit « régional » à Hong Kong
• Mme Hélène Lafont-Couturier, participe parfois aux évènements du Nouvel Institut Franco-Chinois à Lyon. Historiquement Lyon reste une ville importante dans les relations sino-françaises. Le musée des Confluences de Lyon, avait reçu une grande partie des réserves du Musée Guimet de Lyon (fermé en 2007)

Bref un conseil d‘administration du musée très sinisé décidé par l‘exécutif français qui fait  certainement pression sur la Présidente du musée Guimet, en fin de carrière, qui s’accroche à son poste coûte que coûte, même à renier la déontologie des musées qui consiste normalement  le respect d‘histoire d‘un pays et d‘un peuple et non à l’effacement et en trahissant la volonté des donateurs et donatrices des collections tibétaines du Musée Guimet (tous et toutes amoureux et amoureuses du Tibet, de son histoire et de sa civilisation)! Honte à elle et au conseil d’administration de participer à cette politique d’effacement du Tibet au Musée Guimet, dictée par  la dictature du Parti communiste chinois (PCC).

• Incident lors de l’action « Mercredi  Blanc » au musée Guimet

Après dix minutes,  j’ai été interrompu dans ma pratique de prières et de méditation par 2 hommes de la sécurité du musée, et l’un d’eux s’approche de moi et me dit en pointant mon zen (châle de pratiquant) « enlevez moi, ça » , je lui ai dit « calmez-vous je ne l’enlèverai pas, est-ce que moi  je vous demande de vous déshabiller? »  puis l’homme s’approche de moi et fait mine de vouloir arracher mon zen et là, j’ai dit « stop ! vous n’avez pas le droit de me toucher! » et il a fait un pas en arrière et m’a dit « enlevez au moins, tous les écriteaux sur vous et à côté de vous, s’il vous plaît », ce que je fis… et j’ai dit « maintenant laissez-moi terminer ma pratique devant ces divinités courroucées du Tibet » et je me mets sur le banc en position de recommencer à méditer que j’entends l’homme de sécurité téléphoner « Cheffe, venez-vite, au 1er étage nous avons un problème dans la salle tibétaine… » (oups, tiens, certains employés du musée utilisent toujours Tibet? tibétaine? comme terme? certainement pour mieux différencier de la salle népalaise au même étage salles qui sont sur les plans uniquement numérotées 20 et 21 sans appellation!) et je le vois s’éloigner avec son collègue le téléphone accroché  toujours à son oreille… Et quelques minutes plus tard, je vois venir vers moi, 5 personnes de la sécurité, les 2 hommes d’avant accompagnés d’une femme et de 2 autres hommes, dont un asiatique( chinois?). J’ai remarqué le nombre important de personnel asiatique au musée Guimet  (chinois???) !  Je me relève, et je dis à la femme qui apparemment est la cheffe,  « tant de personnes de sécurité pour moi, humble non-violent? quel est votre souci? » et elle me dit « mes collègues m’ont appelés en disant que vous posez des problèmes et que vous faites des propagandes ici …. » je lui rétorque de suite « des propagandes? ils plaisantent? S’il y a propagande c’est du côté du musée qui fait actuellement office de propagande pour la Chine ! Ma présence ici est de droit,  j’ai payé mon entrée dans ce musée, ma présence ici n’a d’autres but que d’acter mon identité tibétaine en ce jour de Lhakar comme c’est aussi le cas pour les précieuses pièces exposées dans cette salle hier tibétaine qui attestent l’identité tibétaine différente de celle chinoise ! Je respecte votre travail de sécurité mais je ne pense pas que vous avez des consignes de déranger puis expulser tout tibétain, non violent comme moi qui vient ici méditer devant les divinités courroucées du Tibet !  Sur ce, la cheffe de la sécurité me dit «Je respecte votre opinion… et vous souhaite une bonne visite au musée » ce disant, elle a fait mine aux collègues de partir… ainsi j’ai pu terminer mes prières et ma méditation au musée Guimet !  Et  pour terminer, j’ai adressé à cette assemblée de divinités courroucées ( dans la vitrine) cette prière qui m’est venue de je ne sais comment !

Pālden Lhamo Rémati est la protectrice du Tibet, des Dalai-Lamas et du Potala. Elle est aussi nommée Rémati parfois comme dans ma tradition !

Le Tibet, historiquement et légalement (droit international) n’a jamais fait partie de la Chine. Même dans un Tibet illégalement occupé, le Tibet et le peuple tibétain ont LE DROIT D’EXISTER comme tout pays et tout peuple! La politique du PCC a lancé une guerre contre l’identité tibétaine et dans cette même ligne politique du PCC le musée Guimet veut effacer le Tibet ! Et moi, tibétain né au Tibet, non violent, vient ici (j’ai payé le billet d’entrée) le temps d’une pratique bouddhique sereine, m’exposer et acter mon identité tibétaine, dans mes vêtements de pratiquant ! Sans aucun trouble à l’ordre publique ! Juste méditer à la tibétaine

04/12/2024, “White Wednesday” Day “Lhakar”, ༼ལྷག་དཀར་༽ , non-violent movement of Tibetan resistance at the Guimet Museum

• “White joined hands” action of « White Wednesday », for the Protectors of Dharma and Tibet
• And “raised white fist” action (fist blow) at the sinicization of the Guimet Museum (see photos©️dhœnden (ctfa)) and read the texts of the signs placed next to and on the back of the living Tibetan specimen exhibited today at the Guimet Museum!

This is an action of France Tibet, enacted by Marcelle Roux (Founder and President of France Tibet) and UT Noubpa (Vice-President of the association) Purpose of the action: To affirm and firmly enact Tibetan identity inside and in front of the Guimet museum through non-violence with Tibetan meditation in front of the wrathful deities protecting the dharma, Tibet, the Tibetan people, the Dalai Lamas and the Potala (like the Glorious Goddess Pālden Lhamo, (Shridevi also called Remati) and the raised white fist of Lhakar to the exactions of the policy of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) which has launched a real war against Tibetan identity and also the raised white fist of Lhakar to the sinicization of the Guimet museum which really serves in 2024 as a « propaganda office » for the Chinese dictatorial regime and also this raised white fist of Lhakar to the complacency, not to say complicity or submission of the French executive to the dictator Xi Jinping, head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP): By ministerial decree, the Minister of Culture appointed the members of the board of directors on May 15, 2023, who all work for the interests of China!

A few remarks on these nominees of the Minister:

– Jean-Pierre Raffarin, is even a member of the United Front of China (surprising for a European who regularly collaborates with this Chinese « United Front » (soft power strategy of the Chinese Communist Party consisting of co-opting allies to spread its vision of the world and serve its interests)) and we have known his speeches for years to strongly opt for the Chinese policy of « the silk road » for France and for Europe!

– Mr. Henri Giscard d’Estaing, President of Club Med? Club Med is bought by Fosun International (China) and Andrew Wu, a veteran of the largest conglomerate in mainland China Fosun International, headquartered in Shanghai, is the real boss of Club Med!

– Mrs. Bénédicte Alliot declared 5 years ago, to China Daily on 04/26/2019 « This year marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. As the influence of Chinese art continues to grow, France seeks to strengthen cultural communication with China »

– Mrs. Aline Sylla Walbaum who was part of the « Young Leaders » program of the France China Foundation and is one of the directors of Chistie’s which is the first international auction house to operate independently in China (Shanghai) to be able to prosper there certain allegiances to the Beijing regime are de rigueur. Recently Christie’s opened a new so-called « regional » headquarters in Hong Kong

– Ms. Hélène Lafont-Couturier, sometimes participates in the events of the New Franco-Chinese Institute in Lyon. Historically, Lyon remains an important city in Sino-French relations. The Musée des Confluences in Lyon, had received a large part of the reserves of the Musée Guimet in Lyon (closed in 2007)

In short, a very Sinicized board of directors of the museum decided by the French executive which certainly puts pressure on the President of the Guimet Museum, at the end of her career, who clings to her position at all costs, even to deny the ethics of museums which normally consists of respecting the history of a country and a people and not erasing and betraying the will of the donors of the Tibetan collections of the Guimet Museum (all lovers of Tibet, its history and its civilization)! Shame on her and the board of directors for participating in this policy of erasing Tibet at the Guimet Museum, dictated by the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

• Incident during the « White Wednesday » action at the Guimet museum.

After ten minutes, I was interrupted in my prayer and meditation practice by 2 men from the museum security, and one of them approached me and said to me while pointing at my zen (practitioner’s shawl) « take that off« , I told him « calm down I won’t take it off, should I ask you to undress? » then the man approached me and pretended to want to tear off my zen and then I said « stop! you don’t have the right to touch me! » and he took a step back and said to me “at least remove all the signs on you and next to you, please”, which I did… and I said “now let me finish my practice in front of these wrathful deities of Tibet” and I get on the bench in position to start meditating again that I hear the security man call “Boss, come quickly, on the 1st floor we have a problem in the Tibetan room… » (oops, some museum employees still use Tibet? Tibetan? as a term? certainly to better differentiate from the Nepalese room on the same floor rooms which are on the plans only numbered 20 and 21 without a name!) and I see him walk away with his colleague the phone still hanging on his ear… And a few minutes later, I see coming towards me, 5 people from security, the 2 men from before accompanied by a woman and 2 other men including an Asian (Chinese?) I noticed the large number of Asian staff at the Guimet museum (Chinese???)! I get up, and I say to the woman who is apparently the head, « so many security people for me humble non-violent? what is your problem? » and she says to me « my colleagues called me saying that you are causing problems and that you are doing propaganda here …. » I immediately retort « propaganda? are they joking? If there is propaganda it is on the side of the museum which is currently acting as propaganda for China! My presence here is by right, I paid my entry into this museum, my presence here has no other purpose than to act my Tibetan identity on this day of lhakar as is also the case for the precious pieces exhibited in this room yesterday Tibetan which attest to the Tibetan identity different from that of the Chinese! I respect your security work but I don’t think you have instructions to disturb and then expel any Tibetan, non-violent like me who comes here to meditate before the wrathful deities of Tibet! On this the head of security told me « I respect your opinion… and wish you a good visit to the museum » saying so she pretended to leave the colleagues… so I was able to finish my prayers and my meditation at the Guimet museum! And to finish I addressed to this assembly of wrathful deities (in the display case) this prayer which came to me I don’t know how!

Tibet, historically and legally (international law) has never been part of China. Even in an illegally occupied Tibet, Tibet and the Tibetan people have THE RIGHT TO EXIST like any country and any people! The CCP’s policy has launched a war against Tibetan identity and in this same CCP policy, the Guimet Museum wants to erase Tibet! And I, a Tibetan born in Tibet, non-violent, come here (I paid the entrance ticket) for the time of a serene Buddhist practice, to expose myself and act out my Tibetan identity, in my practitioner’s clothes! Without any disturbance to public order! Just meditate in Tibetan style
